Meditation in Lancaster
Each of our meditation classes includes a traditional Buddhist prayer, a short teaching, group discussion, and silent time for contemplation and meditation. Classes are open to the public, and are held on an ongoing basis.
Sense of Shame and Consideration for Others
None of us wants to feel bad about what we think, say, and do. Having a sense of shame and consideration for others allows us to avoid inappropriate actions that interfere with our relationships and cause suffering before they happen. In this session, let’s talk about how generating a sense of shame and practicing consideration for others can promote harmony among our family, friends, coworkers, and others; all while creating a stable foundation for successful meditation practice.
