Each of our meditation classes includes a traditional Buddhist prayer, a short teaching, and silent time for contemplation and meditation. Classes are open to the public, and are held on an ongoing basis.
These classes are open to everyone, and suitable for “drop-in” attendance, but can also form the basis for a systematic study of Buddhist practice. Please come whenever you like!
