Meditation in Lancaster
Each of our meditation classes includes a traditional Buddhist prayer, a short teaching, group discussion, and silent time for contemplation and meditation. Classes are open to the public, and are held on an ongoing basis.
Dealing With Anger
Anger is one of our most painful and destructive emotions. By learning the internal causes of anger we can gradually reduce the angry thoughts that harm ourselves and others, and thus learn to keep a peaceful constructive attitude towards difficult situations in our life. In this series we will discuss a new way of responding to challenging situations based on Buddhist wisdom.
